What is not included is gratuity, customarily eighteen to twenty percent, and optional extras such as decorations or additional stops. Split across a full bus, five hours usually works out to a modest amount per person.

Cash handed directly to the chauffeur at the end of the rental is the norm and is what drivers prefer, though we can add it to the final card payment if that is easier for your group.

The optional extras are published: decorations run $25 to $50, stops beyond the first three are $15 each, waiting time past fifteen minutes is $50 an hour, and airport pickups carry a $25 fee. Gratuity of eighteen to twenty percent is customary and separate. Damage or excessive cleaning is charged if it occurs, which is standard across the industry. That is the complete list. If another operator's quote looks lower, ask specifically which of fuel, tolls, insurance and gratuity are excluded from it.

If you only need a one-way transfer, ask about a private car or shuttle instead.
