Frequently Asked Questions
When you rent from Pittsburgh Party Bus, we will provide you with a skilled and courtesy chauffeur who will do the driving for you. Especially for some of our larger party buses, our vehicles can be a little difficult to maneuver, but you don't have to worry about a thing. Our drivers will take care of everything, and you can just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Yes, you are. BUT... everyone in your group must be over 21. Our drivers are busy driving. They can't be monitoring who is and isn't drinking. Also, it's Pennsylvania law, and it will help keep everybody safe.
We're not going to give you a curfew. When you rent a party bus or limo from us, we will ask you how long you will need it. You can rock and roll all night and party every day, as long as you've booked in advance.
That's a difficult question, but the short answer is it depends when you need it. If you're booking a limo for a few hours in the middle of the workweek, you shouldn't need more than a week's notice, maybe even a few days. But, if you're renting a party bus for a holiday weekend, the demand increases, and we might not have the availability for you. For really busy weekends, we get booked months in advance, so you're best plan is to make your reservation as soon as you know you need it.
Those rates will vary, but we'll let you know your specific price when you make your reservation. We'll charge you in 15 minute intervals if you're over your reserved time, but we'll watch the time closely. We're not out to pad our bill just because you're having a great time!
With Pittsburgh Party Bus, communication is key. We love repeat customers, and we know you're not going to come back if we sneak a bunch of extra charges on you. When we provide you a quote, we'll give you an itemized breakdown of what you're paying for. We don't make friends by being sneaky, so our goal is full transparency. No hidden fees or expenses.
