Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and PayPal for your convenience.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Modifications can be made up to 48 hours before your event at no charge. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

Yes! We provide transportation throughout Western Pennsylvania and can arrange trips to other states. Long-distance trips (50+ miles from Pittsburgh) may include fuel surcharges and have different minimum hour requirements.
